Directions

The main airport for Medellin is located 30-40 minutes outside of the city in Rio Negro, up in the mountains. As of right now, all taxis charge a standard rate of 52 .000 pesos ( apr $26) to anywhere in Medellin from the airport. If for some reason the Taxi does not know how to get to my apartment, here are some detained directions to help him out once he arrives to Medellin…

-From Las Palmas take El Tesoro all the way down until it becomes Calle 10A.

-Then make a left on Calle 40,

-Cross Calle 10, then when you pass below Parque Lleras, make a right to go down Calle 9,

-Make a left on Avenida Poblado,

-After about 250 meters, make a right to go down Calle 5,

-Ypu will come to a T in the road and make a left,

-Keep going down and make a left at the 2nd stop sign, which is Carrera 45.

-Torres del Futuro is the 2nd complex on the right.

-The address is Carrera 45 #1-59, El Poblado, Medellin
